    Correction: Store raw animal food below ready to eat food.

Provide employee health documents and reviewed.
Provided sample risk factors form and discussed Health Department expectations with PIC.

    Observation: Wall/floor juncture not coved as required and specified on plans.
    Correction: Cove and seal or enclose the floor wall juncture throughout the kitchen. Install quarry tile cove base, vinyl tile cove base or submit alternate means of compliance in writing for approval.

    Observation: Handwashing signs not posted.
