Manager reported that two step cooling method is not being followed.We will work with her to set up a risk control plan for cooling potential hazardous food. Manager reported that unpasturized eggs are pool to make scrambled eggs. She was informed to discontinue this practice. Manger was requested to only use approved food from approved sources. Do not accept donations from public sources. This was also a training inspection for the Health Department intern.
