    Observed the floor tiles by the walk-in freezer broken and missing pieces. This area is no longer easily cleanable.

Florencia is one of the rudest employees I have ever met. Not to mention she took her mask off while talking to me which she shouldn’t be doing around food. She didn’t seem too interested in keeping my business. I’ll take it elsewhere. I really hope whoever left Florencia in charge addresses her poor behavior.
