- Information: *PRIORITY AND PRIORITY FOUNDATION ITEMS CORRECTED* All priority and priority foundation violations have been corrected during inspection. Please monitor to ensure that this level of food safety is maintained.
Today's visit was a recheck on corrected priority items found at the semiannual inspection. During the last inspection there was no dispensing of sanitizer dispensed from the three compartment sink sanitizing dispenser. Also at the last inspection, it was observed no hot, warm, or luke-warm water dispensed from both handwashing sinks (the back storage sink and the sink in the lobby). The 3 compartment sink sanitizer dispenser was fixed and adequately working. The sanitizer was found to be 300 ppm Quat per test strips. The water heater was replaced and facility had proper hot water dispensed at all handwashing stations (at 105 degrees F). Violations corrected.

- Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 3-501.16 *PRIORITY* Potentially hazardous food is not maintained at proper hot or cold holding temperatures, specifically:
Observed hotdogs and chocolate milk in back upright cooler held at 48°F. CORRECTION: Operator became aware of cooler not holding PHF at 41°F or below and immediately discarded all PHF's, and moved the beer and soda pop to another cooler.
- Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 5-202.12(A) *PRIORITY FOUNDATION* A handwashing sink does not provide the minimum water temperature or is not equipped with a mixing valve or combination faucet, specifically:
Observed no hot, warm, or luke-warm water dispensing from both handwashing sinks (the back storage sink and the sink in the lobby). Operator stated they were aware of situation and that their water heater was temporarily down and not in operation. CORRECTION: Operator stated they were going to have the handwashing station water heater removed and changed with a new one. Per operator, it will be serviced sometime later today 6/16/15.
