Observed the chemical dish machine with 0 ppm chlorine at a plate level temperature of 106°F after 4 cycles. CORRECTION: PIC of Washington Square Mall was notified. Discontinue use of chemical dish machine and only use the 3 compartment sink. At this time, housekeeping is using the commissary for washing trays. Ensure any other facilities are aware the chemical dish machine is out of order. A re-inspection will occur within 14 days.
- Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 4-302.14 *PRIORITY FOUNDATION* A test kit is not provided or is not accurate enough to measure the concentration of sanitizing solutions, specifically:

The retractable spray wand was hanging down and the discharge end was laying in the tray of the drain board. *CORRECTION* The discharge end of the spray wand was hung up out of the tray during the inspection. Retract the spray wand up each time. A reinspection will be conducted within 14 days to verify a correction to the current device has been installed.
