CORRECTION: PIC of Washington Square Mall was notified. Discontinue use of chemical dish machine and only use the 3 compartment sink. At this time, housekeeping is using the commissary for washing trays. Ensure any other facilities are aware the chemical dish machine is out of order. A re-inspection will occur within 14 days.
