Ensure all refrigeration and freezer units are stocked with a conspicuously placed thermometer in order to monitor unit temperature.Observed broken thermometer in refrigerator in cooler with perishable juices and fruits. Replace thermometer to allow monitoring of temperatures.

250) Moist wiping cloths must be kept in sanitizing solution between uses to prevent bacteria growth.Observed three bar towels on the service well and next to beer taps that were moist. Ensure all towels are kept in bleach sanitation solution when not in use.

Hand sink must be able to provide hot and cold water under mechanical pressure.Hand sink has negligible pressure and no hot water supplied to allow proper handwashing. Operator states that a plumber came out and looked at it and will be getting it fixed.Repair or replace the piping of hot water to the handsink to correct lack of pressure.

Discussed 3-compartment sink setup. Operator uses quatenary ammonia for sanitation and test strips are available.Customer ice (food ice) separated from storage/cooling ice.Refrigerator (with milk) observed at 38F.Discussed pest management with operator. Company comes out every 2 months. No evidence of vermin observed.Product in store room and on bar shelves properly stored 6" off the ground.Bathrooms properly stocked with soap; paper towel and hot/cold running water.Discussed employee exclusion policy with operator.
