Observation: The food prep sink in kitchen has an air-break instead of an air-gap. Operator is repairing at time of preinspection.
Correction: Repair the plumbing system to conform to the State Uniform Plumbing Code. Referral will be made to the Department of safety and professional services for follow up. Correct By: 20-Jan-2016
- FOOD CONTAMINATION - FOOD STORAGE PROHIBITED AREAS
Observation: Food stock in cans and bottles, dry good food containers and dishware/glassware is stored in the basement on shelves that have either a waste line overhead or open rafters - are subject to contamination. Operator agreed to correct this prior to opening for business.
Correction: Remove food items from this area or install approved overhead panels and catch trays or remove to an area not subject to contamination. Correct By: 20-Feb-2016
