Observation: Fish batter, raw fish and ham in the True 2 dr cooler is not provided with a date mark. All these items are fresh and were date marked prior to end of inspection.
Correction: Discard Ready-to-eat potentially hazardous (TCS) foods requiring date marking that have exceeded their discard date or are not date marked - items did not exceed their discard date. Correct By: 09-Sep-2014

Observation: No single-use toweling is available in a dispenser at kitchen hand wash sink and men's room hand wash sink for hand drying.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling dispensers(fully stocked at all times)or other approved devices at handwashing sinks to facilitate proper handwashing.

Observation: Wiping cloths used for wiping counters stored on counter tops/food prep surfaces.
Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution. Correct By: 16-Sep-2014

Observation: Ventillation hood inspection is expired - last done 4/2013, - does not meet commercial building code.
