The metal storage rack to the left of the food preparation sink was soiled with grime. the metal storage rack to the right of the three compartment sink was soiled with grime. The sanitizer in the bucket near the pizza oven contained a concentration of less than 50 ppm chlorine residual. Several single service containers throughout the facility were being reused for food storage. The caulking on the customer restroom handsink was torn. The wall behind the pizza line preparation cold top cooler was soiled with grime. The wall under the food preparation sink was soiled with debris. The wall to the right of the floor mixer was soiled with food residue. A light in the ventilation hood was not functioning.
