I don't normally complain but this time was ridiculous. When we drove up to a stall, I was instructed to go through the drive thru because the "stall service" was closed and unavailable. So, I proceeded to go through the drive thru, where I had to watch a lady stand in the back doorway smoking half way in the store (which is a violation of health code), making it smell horrible at the drive thru. There the gentleman taking my order proceeded to talk over me while ordering, causing me to have to repeat myself numerous times. The ice cream machine was down for an hour according to them and if I wanted to come back, I could order ice cream after an hour. When we got up to the window, we were treated like we were a problem for them, they didn't give me a coke I ordered, they through our order together in a hurry. The #2 combo I ordered was made wrong and the burgers were the driest burgers I have had in a long time. The chicken dinner I ordered had 1 onion ring, 2 chicken strips, no toast and was cold. The didn't even have the ability to thank me for my order but I sure paid for it. I will be VERY RELUCTANT to visit this Sonic in the future. It would be nice if someone actually did something about the problems I wen through and experienced today. I believe Sonic needs to do something with this store! SOON!
