Violation descriptions and comments

The condensate line on the condenser in the walk in cooler was dripping water on the lids of the ready to bake pizza dough.
Two employee beverages in twist top bottles were found stored in the top of the pizza preparation line col table, as well as being stored inside of the cold table.
The facility had a contractor drilling holes in the walls over food equipment, thus contaminating the food equipment with the shavings from the drywall, wood studs, and FRP board.
The dry storage shelving in the back by the 3 compartment sink was found soiled. The plastic tub that is used to store flour on the pizza dough preparation table was found overly soiled on the outside of the container. The hand sink on the the pizza preparation line was found soiled. The fan guards in the walk in cooler were found soiled. The vinyl covers for the for the rolling racks in the pizza baking area were found soiled.
The hand sink on the pizza preparation line was found to have the caulking torn from the wall.
The back wall behind the 3 compartment sink was found soiled. There are some floor tiles that are chipping away in the area next to the reach in freezer by the 3 compartment sink. The flooring throughout the facility was found in a soiled state. The mop closet was found in a soiled and disorganized state. The flooring in the walk in cooler was found soiled around the movable shelving.
The walk in cooler had a light located next to the door that was found not working. The ventilation hood for the oven had 2 lights that were found not working.

the service their is good. It looks horrible, looks like just young girls work there! I went almost 2 weeks ago and the young man taking my order couldn't even talk because two lead managers in the back were screaming "sell deep dish" "pizza in the table" they were laughing the whole time the young man looked frustrated when they yelled for my order I asked one of them for their name "Mireya" that's horrible how can people work in an eviroment like that
