Raw meat was being stored above ready to eat foods in the cold table in the deli area, and raw meat was being stored above cooked foods in the walk in cooler.
In the steam table the grilled onions and grilled jalapenos were at 70°F and had been at temp for 2 hours.
The facility did not have a metal stem (dial or digital) thermometer to be able to check temperatures of foods.
There was no cold running water at the hand sink in the meat cutting area. There was no cold running water found at the 3 compartment sink. There was no hot running water found at the mop sink in the meat cutting area.
The facility did not have paper towels at the both hand sinks in the meat cutting area, as well as at the hand sink in the deli area.
The facility had an abundance of flies throughout the facility, the facility also had fly strips that were full and needing replaced.
A bottle of Bayer aspirin was found being stored on top of the meat display cooler in the meat cutting area.
A spray bottle with blue chemical that was not labeled was found being stored on the deli display cooler in the deli area.
A pool chemical bucket (Pool Chlorine TriChlor) was found being used in the walk in cooler to store salsa in, in the walk in cooler.
An unlabeled spray bottle of water was found in the meat cutting area. Bags of grains, and spices were found in the grocery area that were not labeled as to the product inside of the bag, or list of ingredients.
The facility had plastic tub of spices in the meat cutting area that was not covered, as well as a box of spices that were not covered in the meat cutting area.
The cutting board in the meat cutting area is needing to be cleaned, or resurfaced as was found soiled.
The display cooler in the meat and deli area were found to have soiled tracks of the doors of the display coolers. The vent hood in the cooking area has the sealing caulking is chipping or falling away from the hood. The facility was using cardboard to line the shelving in the walk in cooler. The shelving in the walk in cooler is rusting, and starting to fall in disrepair.
The caulking on the three compartment sink in the ware washing area is missing or falling off, as well as the caulking is missing against the wall in all of the hand sinks throughout the facility.
The facility does not have chlorine test strips to test the strength of the sanitizer water, or wiping cloths.
The reach in freezers throughout the facility were found to soiled, and had large amounts of frost built up on the walls, and shelves of the reach in freezers. The interior of the microwave in the cooking area was found to be soiled.
