Clean plastic food containers were stacked wet above the three-compartment sink.
A cloth was used to secure the connection between the mopsink faucet and the hose.
The floor was wet near the three-compartment sink. The wall was soiled with debris below and above the three-compartment sink. Floor coving was missing below the walk-in cooler door.
The ceiling vent above the food preparation sink was soiled with dust.
