The three-compartment sink was directly drained to the sewer, and a floor drain/sink with 5 feet downstream of three-compartment sink was not present.
Ice was stored uncovered at the bar.
The counter caulking around the front counter hand sink area was loose.
The grill hood was soiled with dust. The popcorn storage drawers across from the fryers were soiled with grease. The walk-in refrigerator fan guards were soiled with dust.
Clean pots were stored on the floor under the clean drain board of the three-compartment sink.
Boxes of cups were stored on the floor by the dry storage rack in the kitchen.
Several floor tiles were chipped in the kitchen. The kitchen ceiling was soiled with dust near the walk-in refrigerator. The wall under the three-compartment sink was soiled with debris. Several floor cove tiles were missing from the wall in the women's restroom by the hand sinks.
