The caulking was torn on the left side of the 3-compartment sink. The caulking was in need of replacement on the splash guard between the 3-compartment sink and preparation sink. The gasket was torn on the walk-in cooler door. The laminate cover was missing on the front side of the bar. The back splash was missing behind the bar handsink.
The metal shelving was dirty above the 3-compartment sink and preparation sink. The dish machine racks were dirty.
The exterior of the pizza oven was soiled. Food debris was present in the cold top cooler door gaskets.
Dry cloth towels were used to line the top shelf of the rack by the pizza oven.
A knife was stored between the wall and knife rack by the 3-compartment sink. Non food grade containers were used in the facility. A rolling pin, grater and pizza cutter were stored in a dirty container by the ice machine.
The caulking was in need of replacement on the handsink splash guard in the kitchen. The caulking was pulled away from the handsink by the dish machine. The handsink caulking was soiled in the employee restroom. A drain line was not installed for the soda gun holster at the bar.
The ceiling tiles were dirty throughout the kitchen. The walls were in need of cleaning and or paint. Adhesive residue was observed on the wall above the rinse sink. The floor was dirty around the perimeter of the dry storage room. The door frame was in poor repair at the rear exit. Soda syrup residue was present on the wall behind the soda syrup rack. The floor was dirty in the walk-in cooler. The FRP board was not sealed to the wall below the fire extinguisher. The floor was dirty in the employee restroom. Adhesive residue was present on the wall below the paper towel dispenser in the employee restroom.
Several lights were not functioning in the kitchen.
Various items stored in area to the left of the water heater were unorganized.
The employee restroom was dirty.
