A fruit fly was present in a bottle of liquor in the bar area.
Refried beans being reheated in the hot line steam table measured 109 degrees F.
Potentially hazardous food in the two door reach-in refrigerator at the west end of the cooks line ranged 68 - 71 degrees F. The internal ambient temperature of the same unit was 71 degrees F.
The final sanitizing rinse of the ware washing machine measured less than 50 ppm chlorine residual.
Hand soap was not provided at the bar hand sink.
Several unlabeled chemical spray bottles were present in the bar area.
