An employee was observed cutting and preparing tomatoes, and the employee did not first wash tomatoes.
Several oven mitts in the kitchen were torn. The cook line cold-top refrigerator cutting boards were deeply grooved and stained.
The handle was broken off the lid to the cold-top refrigerator on the north side cook line. The door was loose on the salad storage container on the cook line.
There was no trash can located in close proximity to the preparation area hand sink.

An employee beverage was stored on a storage shelf over the deli meat slicer.
