Two bottles of liquor at the bar were adulterated with fruit flies and were stored with wholesome liquor bottles.
An employee was observed washing their hands in the kitchen three compartment sink. Sanitizer rags were stored in the bar hand sink basin.
An employee in the kitchen was observed handling ready to eat lettuce and carrots with their bare hands.
Cardboard was observed lining the shelf in the reach in refrigerator located across from the kitchen preparation table.
The nozzles on the soda guns in the bar area were soiled with slime mold.
The sanitizer rags in the kitchen had a concentration of less than 50 ppm chlorine residual.
Rice scoops were stored in 68�°F standing water on the counter next to the rice cooker.
