To be sure, that situation is quite commonplace, but even an more serious problem are students who don't have a home computer and the school system is too poor to buy a laptop for all of the students that need them. Couple that with some rural counties, who have internet technology that is barely above 2 Campbell's Soup cans and a long piece of string and you have the makings of an education disaster.
