A friend of mine is complaining about terrible nightmares she is having. She is much more an actress who does parts than I am, but I have to wonder if she drops into character, activates alternate personalities as much as I do. Nightmares are rare for me and more than that, I am often not myself in my dreams.

Whether I am someone else entirely in my dreams (sometimes), or I have transformed into them (rarely), or I am using a glamor spell (often), I can probably put it down to that...
