Good Tuesday Morning!

I started my day early, 4AM again. My sleep pattern is so messed up that I sometimes think that day is night and night is day. I wake up in a panic sometimes. I think that it's dark out and that I slept through putting my doggies in for the night. I jump out...

Twice now, when I've told a friend and a family member that I've stopped using Facebook, I've gotten the reply that they do it to "keep in touch" with their social circle. At one level I understand it is (was) nice to look on a personalized page and see what friends and family have posted, but I cannot think of that as "keeping in touch."

It seems to me that if remaining in contact means viewing random posts left at some point in the past, then we've grown further...

The dark, wet skies are fewer of late, and I've had the chance to spend several hours in the yard to spruce it up. There's things happening there.

The daffodils have been in bloom for some while, along with the grape hyacinths and the candytuft -- and let us not forget the dandelions!

The plum trees are in full bloom, and the cherries are in bud. The ***** willows are cast off and the gentle flowers under their furry shells are sprouted. My peonie stalks have risen....
