Thanks to the moderator of my hometown forum for suggesting I do my own blog – after I entered a personal story not appropriate to our local forum – and then to my dismay had it removed!



I learned this week that oddly enough, crisis linked with sadness involuntarily breeds creativity.

After a year of intransigent writer’s block, I suddenly felt compelled to start writing again. Why? Mystifyingly it began when my 30-year-old horse passed away the day...

the dead winter calls out my name , telling me things as i once knew will never be the same .. what was a heart in which warm blood once pumped , is now cold and empty.. tear filled sad eyes that cry look to the heavens and pray the end is near and ask why ... must there be pain , i want to spread my wings and take flight and touch the heavens .. feel the wind on my face ... yes i hear it *** SOMETHING CALLS *** its beckons to me ...i feel it watch me its eyes...

Yo! My kid DID go to Hawaii (Waipahu, near Honolulu) to stay w/his girlfriend's family for a month). Everything worked out alright but we we left in the dark as to the TRUE workings of all thisI might detail this further but suffice it to say that he loved it and would have stayed if he hadnt't been a dyed-in-the-wool Happy Valley-ite.

That in itself needs explaining, but it pertains to the CT River Valley in W.Mass, where people of most whatevers...get along and are TRULY happy. There

This morning I got up real early and got ready to do the window cleaning that I had scheduled to do today.

On thinking about the job interview I had also lined up for later this afternoon I decided to postpone it and ask the company some more questions before deciding to make the 3 hour round trip to Chula Vista to go on yet another interview that might have been for an undesirable job.

It may be that I lost the opportunity to get a job at this company as a result but...
