Kicking Yourself in a sellers market

I am real estate broker in the Charlotte NC area with RE/MAX and we have a new tv ad called "kick" that shows buyers kicking themselves because they missed a great sale. While this analogy is very funny the reality is that we are seeing signs that the market in our area has taken a lift.
