Thinking about becoming South Dakota Resident in the future.

Had a computer game of them once. Pretty fun. I ordered one of those Nintendo Switches the kids are all raving about these days. I managed to find about 3 games I wanted. One is digital so I'll have to grab it later. As an older person I get tired of replacing all this stuff with the new stuff. It's an expensive...

Life is hard enough on it's own without a pandemic. Now that COVID is so much a part of our lives it is getting more difficult to live with. I have a feeling it's going to be this way for a while. Try to keep your minds busy and do things to help yourself relax if you suffer from anxiety as I do. I am going to fix myself a cup of tea and go to bed. Goodnight and stay safe.

Why I May Not Fast at All or Last the (Yom Kippur) Fast

Today I played tennis in the morning. Right afterward I donated blood. The sky was a beautiful blue, and it was an unseasonable 77° or so. When I came home I went outside to read. It was a relaxing day, with no work until Tuesday, because the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur starts at sundown today and stretches to sundown tomorrow. The weather was idyllic, and with tennis and blood donation I had a constructive and satisfying day. Yet something felt terribly, terribly wrong.
