Had a bad experience here I was sitting in drive through for 30 mins. I got to the window and my shake was sitting there for at least 10-15 mins. Girl took a long time to get to the window and she gave me the shake that was sitting there melted. I asked if I could get a new one. She seemed confused. Then manager comes with an attitude and asks me what I wanted. I mean after I asked politely to make me a new one. Manager comes and asks me with an attitude. I would never think a manager is supposed to give that type of service to keep a customer happy. I love Carl's jr but with this type of service I don't want to ever go back.
Would you recommend CARL'S JR. #175 to others? No
