Corrected at this time. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Following need cleaning: interior of oven panels for knobs, fan guards or condenser fans of most coolers- due to dust build-up of food debris. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors behind ice machine & small cooler closest to ice machine, & under shelves at mor room must be free of clutter, debris or dirt.
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair. TWO COOKS ARE NOT WEARING ANY HAIR RESRTAINT. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE CAN OPENER, CABINET UNDER THE 3-COMP SINK,GRILLFRYER AREA AND THE WALK IN COOLER RACKS ARE DIRTY AND THE WALK IN COOLER WALL IS PEELING. WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL OF THE FOOD AND NON-FOOD UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT UNTIL IT IS CLEAN, SANITARY AND MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS. RESEAL EXPOSED INSULATION IN THE BACK KITCHEN PIPES ON THE CEILING.
