Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. FAUCET JOINT ON 3COMP. SINK SHOOTS OUT WATER WHEN TURNED ON,INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. THE FOLLOWING UTENSILS OR EQUIPMENT WITH FOOD SPLASHES AND DEBRIS NEEDS CLEANING:TOILET BOWLS AND SEATS,MOP SINK,3COMP.-SINKS,TRASH CONTAINER CASES IN KITCHEN AND AT DINING AREA.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN DINING AND IN KITCHEN ABOVE HOOD. REPAIR DAMAGED WALL IN DINING BY HEAT VENT BEHIND FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. MUST PROVIDE LIGHT IN TOILETS
Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. MUST REPAIR DAMAGED SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON #2 TOILET DOOR BY MOP SINK.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.MUST REPAIR/REPLACE TOPS TO CHEST FREEZERS TO SMOOTH,EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.FLOORS ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS REQUIRE A DETAIL CLEANING,REPAIR LOOSE COVING BENEATH 3 COMP SINK.
