All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY NOTED ON PREMISES,AND FRONT AND REAR EXIT DOORS NOT RODENT PROOFED.ABOUT 3 3/4' - 4 1/4' GAPS EXIT ON SAID DOOR; WHILE 20 MICE DROPPINGS WAS NOTED ON FLOORS ALONG WALLS UNDER TABLES IN 3COMP.SINK ROOM,AND 50 MICE DROPPINGS ON FLOORS IN THE OFFICE UNDER COMPUTER TABLES.CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020 SERIOUS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN MICE DROPPINGS AND SANITIZE FLOORS, AND RODENT PROOF ABOVE SAID DOORS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN 3COMP.SINKS,DRAIN BOARDS,AND CABINETS IN 3COMP.SINK ROOM WITH DEBRIS.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. MUST PROVIDE LABELS ON PACKAGED FOOD CONTAINERS IN DISPLAY COOLER AT FRONT CHECK-OUT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOORS IN BASEMENT WITH EXCESSIVE DEBRIS DUE TO FLOODING OVER THE WEEK END,AND CLEAN FLOORS IN TOILET.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE METAL STEM THERMOMETER IN DISPLAY COOLER AT FRONT.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST REMOVE AND ORGANIZE CLUTTERS IN CABINET AT 3COMP.SINK AREA,AND IN BASEMENT.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR DAMAGED CEILING WALL IN TOILET.
