The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WATER STAINED CEILING TILES INSIDE THE WASHROOM, INSIDE THE STORAGE ROOM AND BY THE DINING ROOM, MUST REPLACE CEILING TILES. FILTER BY THE HOOD WITH GREASE BUILT UP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOOR UNDER AND BESIDE THE 2 DOOR REACH IN FREEZER AND WALK IN COOLER ,INSIDE THE DRY STORAGE ROOM- NEEDS DETAIL CLEANING.

Floor in corners and behind equipment not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily.
Ceiling tile damaged in storage room. Instructed to replace any damaged ceiling tile. Light and ventilation covers through-out not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
Exterior between cooking equipment not cleaned. instructed to detail clean and sanitize.

Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving in walk in cooler, reach in cooler not clean need detailed cleaning, prep table lower shelving, and shelving by cooking equipment not clean need detailed cleaning.
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment, and in storage room under shelving need detailed cleaning(corners).
Ceiling tiles, walls in kitchen prep area need cleaning.
Exhaust canopy had excess grease build up, needs detailed cleaning.
