MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA AND MAINTAIN.
VENT COVER INSIDE THE REACH IN COOLER WITH DUST BUILT UP.INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN. MANAGER CLEANED THE VENT COVER WHILE I'M WRITING THE REPORT.
LEAKING HEAVY ON THE FAUCET CONNECTOR OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR TO STOP THE LEAK AND MAINTAIN.

Floors in corner and behind equipment not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
Display shelves and storage shelves not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize daily.
Thermometer not provide inside prep cooler. Instructed to provide thermometer visible inside all coolers.

Found potentially hazardous foods not meeting temperature requirements of 40f or less during storage at time of inspection on 6/12/2012. List of potentially hazardous foods follows: sausage at 57.4f, eggs at 46.4f, milk at 50.5f, cream cheese at 50.2f. Mgmt discarded product at once, citation issued.
Facilities failed to maintain proper temperatures of 40F or less. 2 door cooler air temperature was at 50.7F at time of inspection on 6/12/2012. Cooler has been tagged at this time of inspection, mgmt was advised to repair, or replace cooler. Citation issued.
No hot running water under city pressure. Water temperature at 3 compartment sink 67.7F. Outlet pipe from water heater cool to the touch. Citation issued. Must repair water heater and maintain water temperature of 110F or above.
Found/observed rear exit door not rodent proofed, door had 1/4 inch gap on bottom of door, and 1/4 inch gap on left side of door, front door had 1/4 inch gap on corner of door. Citation issued.
Non food contact surfaces of ice machine, cooler shelving not clean. Need detailed cleaning.
Floors in rear storage areas by hot water heater not clean, need detailed cleaning(corners), floors in rear storage areas need cleaning.
Missing light shield in display cooler, shall be provided, light shields in kitchen areas need cleaning.
Missing cove moulding by front window, shall be provided, repaired, sealed.
Excess clutter in rear storage areas shall be removed, stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.

2 door cooler is maintaining proper temperature of 40f or less at this time of close up re-inspection on 6/13/2012, air temperature was at 33.4f, product(sausage, milk)at 34.5f, 33.3f
