All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE INTERIOR OF THE THE 2 MICROWAVE AND THE INTERIOR OF THE DOOR OF THE DEEP FRYER.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WALLS BEHIND THE DEEP FRYER AND THE GRILLER WITH FOOD STAINED, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. CLUTTER IN THE REAR AND FRONT AREA BY THE KITCHEN(UNUSED COOKING EQUIPMENT, BOXES OF PAPERS,ETC.ETC) INSTRUCTED TO ORGANIZE, PROVIDE A SHELVINGS ,AND DISCARD UNNECESSARY ITEMS, ARTICLES NOT BEING USED TO PREVENT RODENT INSECTS HARBORAGE.

Instructed to detail clean grease trap or repair three compartment sink to prevent to slow drain. Serious citation issued 7-38-030.
