All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. NO SHLEVES NOTED INSIDE ONE DOOR PREP REACH IN COOLER, MUST PROVIDE ADEQUATE SHELVING.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN; MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE; COOLERS, ICE CREAM CHEST FREEZERS, CABINETS, MICROWAVE OVENS, BOTTOM PANELS OF PREP TABLES, COUNTERS, 2PART SINK, MOP SINK, DISPLAY SHELVES, AND SODA MACHINES TRAYS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. EXCESSIVE DEBRIS THRU-OUT PREMISES, MUST CLEAN FLOORS, UNDER, BEHIND EQUIPMENT, AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR/REPAINT WALLS AT REAR STORAGE AREA, NEAR DISH WASHING AREA.
