All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Observed dust/food debris on shelves above 3-compartment sink. Must clean/sanitize all unclean shelves.

INTERIOR LEDGES OF FRONT COOLERS & DRY STORAGE SHELVES UNDER FRONT COUNTER MUST BE KEPT CLEAN & FREE OF DUST/FOOD DEBRIS. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
FLOORS ALONG WALLS OF WALK-IN COOLER & UNDER 3-COMP SINK MUST BE FREE OF FOOD DEBRIS/DUST/DIRT. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP/DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.

BROKEN CHEST FREEZER DOOR, EXPOSED INSULATION, INSTRUCTED MGR TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
DISPOSABLE CONTAINERS ARE USED FOR FOOD STORAGE, INSTRUCTED TO USE PROPER UTENSILS.
