All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Small cutting board at corner prep station cooler must be replaced, due to deep cuts/grooves. Also must re-seal/caulk around handsink at front prep station, to avoid water seeping thru the sink counter.
