All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN 2COMP.PREP SINK IN BASEMENT PREP AREA WITH SAND AND DEBRIS INSIDE,CLEAN MEAT SLICING EQUIPMENTS AND MOP SINK WITH STAINS IN SAME AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS IN BASEMENT WITH STANDING WATER,AND MAINTAIN DRY AT ALL TIMES.MUST REPAIR FLOOR PIPES TO DRAIN INTO FLOOR DRAIN. FLOORS UNDER STAIR CASE STORAGE WITH DEBRIS NEEDS CLEANING.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OPENING ON WALL BEHIND CHEF REACH IN COOLER IN KITCHEN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST REMOVE EXCESSIVE CLUTTER IN BASEMENT PREP AREA AND UNDER STAIR CASE STORAGE.
