OBSERVED BAGS OF CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP STORED IN THE 2 COMPARTMENT SINK OF THE DELI PREP AREA AT 70-75F. THE BAGS OF SOUP WERE OBSERVED THAWING IN THE SINK WITHOUT ANY COLD RUNNING WATER. MANAGEMENT DISCARDED 8 GALLONS OF SOUP WORTH $104. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
