THEN PUT ON PLASTIC GLOVES AFTER TOUCHING CHICKEN AND CHICKEN CONTAMINATED SPONGE AND ENTER THE COOKS LINE. WHEN INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE GLOVES AND WASH HIS HANDS, HE PROCEEDED TO WASH HIS HANDS IN THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK WHERE DISHES WERE BEING IMPROPERLY WASHED.MEANWHILE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS OBSERVED WASHING THREE, RAW CHICKEN CONTAMINATED CUTTING BOARDS IN THE UTILITY MOP SINK.
