All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Two cutting boards at serving line must be sanded/bleached or replaceddue to deep cuts/grooves. Also must fix rubber gasket at bottom of W.I.F. & W.I.C. doors, that are in poor repair.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Loose baseboard tiles under 1-comp sink must be fixed; dusty wall to the right of soda dispenser must be cleaned.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Any soda crates used for dry storage shelvings must be replaced with regular 4-legged shelves, for easy cleaning/pest monitoring.
