The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors of walk-in cooler (around corners) need cleaning; baseboard at the outside base of the walk-in cooler door is in poor repair, must fix.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. A few of the smallest cutting boards, with deep/dark grooves must be sanded/bleached- to make smooth/easily cleanable.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Interior of ice chute at soda dispensers need cleaning.

LEAKING PIPE UNDER THE HANDSINK AT FRONT, WEST PREP STATION MUST BE FIXED. THE BACKFLOW PREVENTOR UNDER THE SODA UNITS IS MISPLACED, MUST RE-ALIGN .
DUSTY CEILING ABOVE THE FRONT PREP LINE & AROUND THE SODA DISPENSERS MUST CLEAN BE CLEANED.
ALL CLEANING EQUIPMENT MUST BE CLEANED/SANITIZED AT THE ENDO OF THE SHIFT, THEN HUNG TO DRY.
