BOYS AND GIRLS TOILET ROOM ALL THE CEILING VENTS HAVE DUST BUILDUP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THEM.
MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE LOW HOT WATER PRESSURE AT HAND SINK IN GIRL'S WASHROOM. THE FIRST URINAL IS BROKEN IN THE BOYS TOILET ROOM REPAIR OR REPLACE IT.
PROVIDE THEMOMETERS TO THE COLD HOLDING UNITS.
FOUND ONE MILK COOLER BROKEN AND NOT USED IN THE SERVING LINE SECTION IN THE LUNCHROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REMOVE SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
