FOUND CLUTTER IN THE BASEMENT STORE ROOMS AND IST FLOOR BY DOOR9 BOXES, BAGS, OLD UNUSED FURNITURE, COMPUTERS,MONITORS ECT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SAME SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN THE HOOD AND FILTERS ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENTHHAS DUST AND DIRT BUILDUP.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE BASEMENT ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS HAS DUST ON THEM.

CLEAN THE LIGHT SHIELDS UNDER THE HOOD HAS DIRT BUILDUP. THE WALKIN FREEZER LIGHT BULB NOT WORKING. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE IT.
THE DRAIN RELEASE VALVES TO LET THE WATER DRAIN AT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IN POOR REPAIR. CLEAN THE VENTS IN THE KITCHEN THEY HAS DUST BUILDUP ON THEM.
