ODOR NOTED FROM DRAIN AT THREE COMP SINK WHEN RUNNING WATER; INSTRUCTED TO HAVE SERVICED BY A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. (NO BACKUP OF WASTE WATER NOTED AT THIS TIME FROM DRAIN, SINK OR GREASE RECEPTOR). VENT FAN WAS REPAIRED FROM PREVIOUS INSPECTION.
REMOVE UNNECESSARY CLUTTER FROM PREMISES. INSTRUCTED ON PROPER STORAGE OF WET MOPS; STORE MOP HEAD UPWARD TO DRY. ALSO REMOVE STANDING WASTE WATER WHEN DONE USING.
