FOUND FOOD DEBRIS AND GREASE BUILD-UP ON THE FLOORS, UNDER, BEHIND EQUIPMENT AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS THRU-OUT PREP AND KITCHEN AREAS. MUST CLEAN ALL THE FLOORS.
CLEAN THE VENTS IN THE DINING ROOM AND REPLACE THE THE MISSING VENT COVER WHERE NEEDED.
BACK DOOR NOT TIGHT FITTING AND THE NORTH FRONT DOOR ALSO NOT TIGHT FITTING.BOTH DOORS HAVE A ONE FOURTH GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER AND RODENT PROOF BOTH DOORS.SERIOUS CITATION GIVEN 7-38-020.
FOUND TEN BAGS OF GARBAGE IN THE GARAGE AREA ON THE FLOOR BY THE DOOR.MUST TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE AND CLEAN ALL STORAGE AREAS THROUGHOUT PREMISE, REMOVE ALL CLUTTER AND BETTER MAINTAIN.
