All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; COOLERS, GRILLS, FRYERS, CAN OPENER IN BOTH KITCHENS, AND CABINET AT EMPLOYEE'S AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS, INSIDE MOP CLOSETS, STORAGE AREAS, BASEMENT, AND SEAL RUSTY FLOOR INSIDE 2ND FLOOR WALK IN COOLER.
MUST CLEAN HOOD AND FILTERS AT 2ND KITHEN.
