Repair the leaking dishmachine sprayer.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. The soda dispenser has buildup on the nozzles and was washed, rinsed and sanitized at this time.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Remove dust buildup from the cafeteria walls and ceilings.
