All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. The racks and shelving in the walk-in cooler are dirty and need to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. Sanitize the lite buildup inside the ice machine.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Clean and maintain the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary from corner to corner.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Replace the missing tile near the grill area. Clean and repaint the rear kitchen ceiling.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination.

MUST REPAIR LEAKY FAUCET BASE AT 3COMP SINK IN REAR KITCHEN PREP AREA AS WELL AS LEAK UNDER FRONT SERVICE COUNTER EXPOSED HANDSINK.

FLOORS NEED CLEANING IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS TO REMOVE SPILLS, INSIDE COOLER AND FREEZER AND AROUND COOKING EQUIPMENT.
MUST REMOVE AND/OR ORGANIZE CLUTTER AT REAR STORAGE AREA TO PREVENT HARBORAGE.
MUST PROPERLY STORE WIPING CLOTHS IN SANITIZING SOLUTION WHEN NOT IN USE AT FRONT COUNTER.
MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE INTERIOR OF WALK IN COOLER.
