All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. CLEAN/PAINT SHELVES IN STORAGE AREA.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN SLICER, FRYERS, PREP TABLES, STORAGE SHELVES, PREP TABLES (FOOD DEBRIS).
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NEED CLEANING IN REAR AROUND GREASE RECYCLE UNIT AND UTILITY SINK (SPILLS). ELEVATE ALL STOCK 6' OFF FLOOR IN WALK-IN COOLER AND PREP AREAS.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILES IN WASHROOM AND DINING AREAS.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. REPLACE DAMAGED LIGHT SHIELD ABOVE SODA DISPENSER UNIT.
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair. ADDITIONAL HAIR RESTRAINTS NEEDED LONG HAIR, PONYTAILS, ETC MUST BE CONFINED UNDER HAIR RESTRAINT.
