The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Clean the walk-in cooler walls.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Clean and maintain the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary from corner to corner.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Clean off the dirty buildup from the rear of the walk-in cooler coil, and the grease inside the ventilation hoods.

THE WALK-IN COOLER COIL IS DUSTY, BLOW OUT THE DUSTY BUILDUP FROM THE WALK IN COIL. THE CAN OPENER HAS A DIRTY AND WORN CUTTER BLADE, REPLACE THE BLADE AND WASH RINSE AND SANITIZE.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. tHE WALK-IN COOLER SHELVES HAVE SOME BUILDUP WHICH NEEDS TO BE WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED.

Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. CLEAN THE DIRTY SHIELDS IN THE BACK KITCHEN.
THE WALK-IN COOLER COIL IS ICING UP, CLEAN OFF THE ICE. THE ICE MACHINE HAS A LITTLE BUILDUP ON THE INTERIOR LIP, SANITIZE THE MACHINE INTERIOR.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE SODA DISPENSER LINES ARE DIRTY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE LINES AND THE SURROUNDING PUMP AREA.
