OBSERVED PLASTIC GROCERY BAGS AND CARDBOARD BOXES USED TO STORE FOOD IN THE WALK-IN FREEZER AND FREEZER. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REMOVE CRADBOARD BOXES AND USE PROPER FOOD GRADE STORAGE BAGS TO STORE FROZEN FOODS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN THE FOLLOWING: WIRE STORAGE RACKS IN THE WALK-IN COOLER, THE FAN COVER IN THE COCA COLA COOLER, INTERIOR OF THE DEEP FRYERS, SIDE OF WOK STATION NEXT TO THE FRYERS, INTERIOR OF PREP COOLER.
