Use dustless cleaning methods to remove the peeling paint in the ventilation fan room..
The dish machine has a heavy buildup on the heating coils and interior which needs to be cleaned. Reorganize the walk in cooler so the air flow is not blocked.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The annex 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms, 3rd floor coat room and the toilet in room 101k have broken baseboard tiles that need to be replaced. Remove the fallen paint in the the fan room.

All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. HIGH CEILING DINING ROOM LIGHTS SIX OF THE EIGHT ARE OUT AND NOT ENOUGH LIGHT. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE LIGHT FIXTURES SO ALL LIGHTS WORK PROPERLY.
